Research capability

      Since its establishment, the R&D center has adopted various methods such as independent R&D, cooperative R&D, and commissioned R&D for product development, and set the technical requirements of products in accordance with aerospace material standards such as MIL, AMS, Boeing or Airbus. The developed products cover multiple application areas such as aircraft exterior cleaning, aircraft cabin cleaning, aircraft maintenance, aircraft deicing and anti-icing, and aircraft disinfection. At the same time, a polymer material research and development group is set up to develop polymer materials used in aircraft installation. The products have independent intellectual property rights, superior product performance, safety of aircraft materials, and stable quality. Aviation products have obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.

The R & D center has a group of excellent R & D personnel, graduated from 211 and 985 universities majoring in materials and chemistry, has more than 10 years of working experience in the field of Aeronautical chemical product research and development, and has established close cooperation with many domestic universities and scientific research institutes, and has hired many well-known experts as technical consultants, forming the advantages of professional and technical personnel.
R & D platform
The R & D center is located in Miyun Park, Zhongguancun Science and technology park, It has a R & D branch in Chengdu high tech Zone, with a research and development laboratory area of 600 m2. It has a complete set of aviation chemical product research and development and performance testing equipment, involving material compatibility testing (full immersion corrosion, sandwich corrosion, impact on plastics and rubber, paint softening, etc.), physical and chemical performance testing (pH, specific gravity, refractive index, surface tension, kinematic viscosity, dynamic viscosity, freezing point and distillation) More than 50 sets of testing equipment for mechanical properties of polymer materials, salt spray test, high and low temperature performance, product stability, etc.
Communication
The R & D center cooperates with Beijing University of chemical technology, Sichuan University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and other domestic research institutes in the field of aerochemical products.

In 2000, the company's first product was approved by the Civil Aviation Administration-DRJ-1 aircraft surface cleaner, and obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, with the approval number: HH0115-AAD.


In 2002, DRJ-2 aircraft surface cleaner and BD800 electronic plug cleaner obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The approval numbers are HH0116-AAD and HH0117-AAD.


In 2007, BD900 aircraft parts cleaning agent and BD1000 two-in-one aircraft cleaning brightener obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The approval numbers are: HH0118-HB, HH0119-AAD . BD900 aircraft parts cleaning agent obtained national invention patent (ZL 200810226088.3)


In February 2011, BD400 air cleaner, BD1100 aircraft carpet cleaner, YD201 airport pavement deicing and anti-icing fluid obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The approval numbers are: HH0080-AAD, HH0082-AAD, HH0081-AAD.


In May 2011, BD100 glue remover, YD-601 paint remover, BD600 multi-purpose safety solvent, BD700 cabin cleaning agent obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, the approval number They are: HH0086-AAD, HH0085-AAD, HH0087-AAD, HH0088-AAD. YD-601 paint remover obtained the national invention patent (ZL 201110171099.8), and the BD600 multi-purpose safe solvent obtained the national invention patent (ZL 201210251669.9).


In July 2011, YD-101 aircraft deicing fluid I obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, with the approval number: HH0089-AAD.


In September 2011, BD500 sanitary agent obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, with the approval number: HH0093-AAD.


In August 2012, BD200 cleaning agent, BD200T cleaning agent and BD901 anticorrosive oil cleaning agent obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China. The approval numbers are: HH0122-AAD, HH0123-AAD , HH0124-AAD. BD200 cleaning agent, BD200T cleaning agent supporting cleaning agent obtained national invention patent (ZL 201210251535.7), BD901 anticorrosive oil cleaning agent obtained national invention patent (ZL 201210251668.4).


In June 2014, BD300 oven cleaner, BD501 deodorant, and BD1200 leather cleaner obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The approval numbers are: HH0145-AAD, HH0146- AAD, HH0154-AAD.


In June 2016, YD-101A aircraft de-icing and anti-icing fluid I obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, with the approval number: HH0199-AAD.


In September 2017, BD1000 2-in-1 aircraft cleaning brightener (dry-cleaning type) obtained the 'Civil Aviation Chemical Product Design/Production Approval Letter' issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, with the approval number: HH0228-AAD.


In 2018, BD900A aircraft parts cleaning agent, BD1000A two-in-one aircraft cleaning brightener, BD1300 insecticide, YD-301 gas leak detector, BD1000B cleaning agent, and BD1000C cleaning agent obtained the 'Civil Aviation Use' issued by the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China.
