Application: YD-602 Paint Stripper is a highly effective, solvent-containing, viscous paint stripper used to remove primers and topcoats from aircraft metal surfaces, including epoxy primers, urethane topcoats and other coatings.

Advantages: ◆ Non-flammable; ◆ Low volatility; ◆ pH neutral; ◆ Safe on metals including aluminum, cadmium-plated steel, magnesium, carbon steel, titanium alloys and high-strength steel.                    Usage:

◆ Work temperature from 7℃-35℃ (45℉-95℉);

◆ Apply, brush or spray;

◆Leave for 15-30 minutes to make sure the paint remover fully reacts;

◆ Peel off the loose paint film, and then scrape off the rest film and residue with a scraper;

◆ Plastic sheet or plastic film can be placed under the airplane for collecting the peeled paint film;

◆ Temperature and humidity determine the paint stripping efficiency, which can be extended or shortened according to the actual situation;

◆ Paint stripping efficiency may vary for different manufacturers' paint layers, so it is recommended to evaluate the stripping time at the first use.
