Application: YD-9-25 fuel resistant polysulfide sealant is a two-component, room temperature vulcanized manganese dioxide sealant based on liquid polysulfide rubber. The density is 1.45~1.50 g/cm3. It is suitable for sealing aircraft fuel tank and fuselage.

Class A: Subdivided into A-1/2 and A-2 according to the construction period;

Class B: B-1/2, B-2 and B-4 according to the construction period;

Class C: C-2 and C-8 according to the construction period.

Advantages: ◆ Good resistance to gasoline and kerosene; ◆ Good adhesion to common surfaces such as aluminum alloys, polyurethane and epoxy primers; ◆ Low solvent content; ◆ Excellent processing; ◆ Excellent resistance to mold and mildew.                                

Usage: The proportion of base paste to vulcanizing agent is 100 to (10-12)(weight ratio), base paste and vulcanizing agent after full mixing in proportion is a uniform paste with uniform color.
